Well it turns out I was a little early in my eagerness to celebrate a New Year on Steelhead Alley. Nothing like back-to-back 90 degree days to kill any thought of an early run of the rainbows. But with Friday's forecast calling for a high of 60 (and a chance of rain) the New Year can't be too far away.
